The Trotula Fund organization only has electronic communication without a physical address. Information is taken in electronically without a phone number until a committee member makes contact.

FUNDING REQUIREMENTS

  • An applying organization needs to be a 501C3 organization, recognized as such, for charitable giving purposes and tax reporting

    • An organization needs to be able to forward:

      • Contact information

      • A formal request for proposal for a project when applying for a grant

      • 501C3 documentation

      • Documentation to show the organization is in good standing as recognized by the state and federal government

      • Bank account information for the purpose of wiring and receiving a grant
